A tutorial on how to photoshop this graphic:
This is my first tutorial ever, so any comments/criticism/pictures of Aidan Turner in my inbox are very very very welcome!
Note: This tutorial covers everything a bit generally, and assumes you have some knowledge of how to use the tools in Photoshop. A more basic tutorial on them is coming soon.
This is a Photoshop tutorial for cutting people out of a background when they have messy hair, so you can keep all of the stray locks/strands and avoid a blocky, unrealistic look without having to manually trace around them yourself.
This tutorial works for both single- and multi-colored backgrounds.
As always, any comments/criticisms on the tutorial are welcome. And please, if you found this helpful, likes and reblogs are much appreciated!

How to make these minimalist posters →
Since I kind of know how to now, I thought I’d make you a quick tutorial :)
First of all, when you make minimalist posters, it’s best to grab images that have plain white backgrounds to start with. That alone makes it easy.
Well, first choose the photo you want to use for it (the one I’ll use: x) and open a canvas on photoshop with the dimension you want (I’ll use the same of the example, 150x150). Copy and paste the photo on the canvas and use ctrl+T to resize, you should decrease until it get super small, like that:

Well, this kind of edit is very requested so I’m going to ‘teach’ you how to do it. I want to clarify I can’t remember all textures I used because they were a lot. But I’ll try to be as accurate as possible. Warning!Level: Medium.

I was requested by colinmorgans to make a graphic tutorial so here goes my best shot! (Very long so you’ll have to bear with me – no worries, I included PLENTY of pictures!)
